Description
Key responsibilities:
- Manage CEO's diary, coordinating meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Arrange travel, transport, and accommodation with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain administrative procedures to ensure important deadlines are met.
- Produce project timelines and reviews to facilitate smooth operations.
- Liaise effectively with staff, suppliers, and clients on behalf of the CEO.
- Extend PA duties to include maintenance of the CEO's personal life, such as managing car services and hiring household staff.
- Collate and organize CEO's monthly expenses accurately.
- Take minutes during meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure tasks are completed promptly.
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate dinners, social events, and public appearances as required.
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a personal assistant to a Director/CEO.
- Experience in real estate and property management is highly desirable.
- Energetic, positive, hardworking, go getter, results driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Numeracy skills are essential.
- Outstanding organisational abilities
- Strong negotiation skills and adaptability.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive problemsolving approach.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
