Key responsibilities:


  • Manage CEO's diary, coordinating meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Arrange travel, transport, and accommodation with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain administrative procedures to ensure important deadlines are met.
  • Produce project timelines and reviews to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Liaise effectively with staff, suppliers, and clients on behalf of the CEO.
  • Extend PA duties to include maintenance of the CEO's personal life, such as managing car services and hiring household staff.
  • Collate and organize CEO's monthly expenses accurately.
  • Take minutes during meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure tasks are completed promptly.
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate dinners, social events, and public appearances as required.

Skills and experience required:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a personal assistant to a Director/CEO.
  • Experience in real estate and property management is highly desirable.
  • Energetic, positive, hardworking, go getter, results driven.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Numeracy skills are essential.
  • Outstanding organisational abilities
  • Strong negotiation skills and adaptability.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive problemsolving approach.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
