- Prior experience in support roles within an IFA firm
- Strong communication skills to **engage** with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work accurately and **efficiently** while adhering to procedures
- Familiarity with provider platforms and product sites
- Progress towards Diploma qualification is a plus
