    Description

    Join our team as an IFA Support Administrator at Grimsby. The **firm** you'll work with places **client needs** as their top priority and is known for assisting clients with various requirements. This role involves providing **essential** administrative **assistance** to financial advisers, including:

    • Arrangement and preparation for client meetings
    • Obtaining valuations and necessary paperwork
    • Compiling annual review **documents**, such as fee tables
    • Conducting anti-money laundering checks for clients
    • Handling applications and supporting documents to **financial** institutions
    • Executing fund switches and rebalances as per client instructions
    • Managing client and provider inquiries **regularly**
    • Organizing client files to meet **compliance** standards
    • Monitoring and following up on fees
    • Willingness to learn templated reports

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • Prior experience in support roles within an IFA firm
    • Strong communication skills to **engage** with clients and colleagues
    • Ability to work accurately and **efficiently** while adhering to procedures
    • Familiarity with provider platforms and product sites
    • Progress towards Diploma qualification is a plus
