- Exceed monthly sales, margin, and KPI targets
- Manage a self-generated opportunity pipeline and close warm leads
- Submit proposals timely and ensure follow-through to conversion
- Conduct win and loss analysis, participate in tendering, and lead customer negotiations

- In-depth knowledge of the multi-utilities industry
- 3+ years of Business Development or Sales experience in energy/utilities
- Familiarity with Sales and Marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Sales and Tender management, including negotiation and risk management
- Background in ICP/UIP/IDNO/IGT/utilities infrastructure
- Experience in Project Management-oriented roles
- Hands-on experience in site works and civils within DNO, IDNO, Commercial & Industrial sectors
