- Manage and maintain service charge accounts.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports on service charges.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure financial transparency.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in service charge accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets related to service charges.
- Perform adhoc tasks, supporting the Receivable and Payable Function
- Contribute to the overall goals of the Accounting & Finance Department.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Experience working within a Housing finance team.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competitive hourly rate of £17.10 to £20.90.
