We are looking for a full-time individual to work in a hybrid role, acting in the capacity of Receptionist / Administrator, handling the day-to-day running of our reception area, whilst also undertaking some administration work.


You will be the company's first point of contact, managing the switchboard and greeting visitors, ensuring you project an efficient and professional service, giving a great first impression and creating a welcoming environment.

The hours for this Receptionist / Administrator position are 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Essential Skills

Previous Receptionist and/or Administration experience necessary, with a minimum of one year desirable.

This role would suit a confident, organised, and motivated person.

Our reception area can be a busy hub, so it is vital you are able to multitask and have good attention to detail.

Experience and ability to demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office; to include Outlook, Word, and Excel. Basic knowledge of editing PDFs in Adobe would be advantageous.

Training will be provided for internal software systems, as well as all other areas.
