- Manage Delegated Underwriting Authority relationships with brokers and coverholders
- Review and assess underwriting submissions
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements provide the syndicate underwriting teams with guidance and advice supporting the management and set up of delegated underwriting arrangements for all lines of business
- Practical knowledge and experience of working with DUAs either from an underwriting or compliance perspective
- Ability to manage time, manage projects, meet deadlines and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills both internally & externally
