    Description

    Job Title: IT Manager

    Welcome to the opportunity as an IT Manager at a Microsoft Service Provider in Hull. The company values providing top-notch IT Services to various businesses in the Hull and Yorkshire region, ranging from Sole Traders to Engineering and Hospitality sectors.

    If you're someone with experience in managing an MSP or a large IT Team, this position might be a perfect fit for you. You'll be stepping into a role where you need to hit the ground running in a challenging yet rewarding environment, contributing to the success of the IT service provider.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the IT Director to manage engineer scheduling, deployment, and work prioritisation.
    • Provide technical proposals and quotations to clients for various IT solutions.
    • Supervise internal billing processes and review project completions before invoicing.
    • Engage with clients to address escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
    • Manage administration functions like client communications and staff onboarding processes.
    • Assist in staff onboarding, contractual processes, HR coordination, and disciplinary actions.

    Desirable Skills:

    • Demonstrated history of managing IT service delivery in an MSP or IT Sector.
    • Confidence in handling complex technologies and managing service improvement plans.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Effective prioritization and execution skills, taking personal ownership of key deliverables.
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills to prepare and present reports.
    • Passion for service improvement and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide regular reporting and incident management.

    Package:

    • Salary Range: £40,000 to £45,000
    • Yearly Bonus: 5%
