    We have an exciting opportunity within Adult Social Care in the following Team
    North-Rural Fylde & Wyre

    Contract Hours: 37

    Working and managing one of our very busy front line community social work teams.
    Provide effective leadership, management, direction and support to the team.
    Respond to referrals urgent in nature and directing staffing resource.
    Manage demand, manage risk and competing priorities.

    Offer direct line management support to the senior social worker, social workers / SCSO's, including formal supervision, HR oversight, case work allocation.

    Manage complaints.
    Contribute to the management of performance and data; Be a supportive team member to wider East management team.
    Undertake all other relevant management tasks as directed.

    You will be required to provide a car for use in connection with the duties of this post and you must be insured for business use.

    However, we may consider you if you cannot drive because of a disability.

    It will be a requirement that anyone who is successfully appointed and cannot drive will be expected to pass their test and provide a car in connection with their business duties within their 6-month probationary period.
