A brilliant opportunity has arisen in our clients' London office where senior management need to identify someone to take leadership of the core day to day administration running of their clients different operating companies.

We are looking for someone who has experience in managing practical AIF and SPV administration and company secretarial support at Manager Level and has the experience to understand the legal documents in involved in managing AIFs and SPVs structures andthe governance needed.

This role offers someone excellent exposure to senior management team globally and all the key internal stakeholders of the firm.

A key hire at a time where they are also well positioned from a client growth perspective.

Finally - the attitude toward "work from home" and "flexible working" is genuinely embraced and encouraged.
