    Description

    I am looking to recruit a Communications and Engagement Manager for one of our clients for a 12-month FTC based in Reading and this is a hybrid role requiring you to be in the office 3 days a week.

    In this position you will be responsible for delivering the businesses communications and engagement plan with a key focus on the company's new strategy, vision for the business and embedding the culture of the business. You will work closely with the senior leadership team across all areas of the business and support with a variety of communications campaigns and initiatives.

    This is a global role with a number of different locations across the globe and a mix of desk and non-desk-based employees.

    We are looking for a creative thinker and storyteller. You will have experience using a variety of different channels to engage, motivate and inspire your audience and you will have experience pivoting from one thing to the other at pace.

    There are a lot of key projects on the horizon this year so we are looking for someone who will use their initiative, take the lead on certain things and also roll their sleeves up when required.
