    Description

    This job opportunity at the Henley Business School within the University of Reading is all about enhancing connections with the Reading Real Estate Foundation (RREF), starting from aspiring students to seasoned industry experts.

    As the key player in advancing the RREF strategy, your mission will revolve around crafting and executing a top-notch engagement program that strengthens our networks and boosts support for the Foundation.

    Under the guidance of the Head of Network & Engagement, you will be in charge of engagement initiatives spanning in-person and virtual events, content development and distribution, and maintaining a vibrant social media presence. The ultimate goal is to nurture current donors, enhance engagement, and back fundraising efforts.

    You should bring to the table:

    • Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
    • A sharp focus on customer satisfaction and the knack for fostering positive relationships with stakeholders across the board
    • A track record of planning, organizing, and promoting successful, high-profile events in a marketing or events environment
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal capabilities
