    Description

    We are excited to present a job opportunity as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst at a thriving company in Kettering. As part of your daily tasks, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting a specific group of companies and managing relationships with manufacturers and 3PL's.

    To excel in this position, it is essential that you have prior experience in the supply chain and manufacturing industry.

    Here is a brief overview of what the role entails:

    • Define available warehouse stock and client sales forecast, and generate manufacturing demand figures.
    • Create a manufacturing schedule in collaboration with the client.
    • Manage billing materials to ensure accurate documentation in the system for each client.
    • Handle costings and maintain precise documentation in the system.
    • Take charge of product recalls by coordinating with clients, warehouses, customers, and internal teams.
    • Conduct month-end stock reconciliation and adjustments.
    • Address any critical issues promptly, maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.
    • Establish strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PL partners.
    • Continuously review and enhance processes and procedures, communicating improvements to relevant departments.
