You will maintain the traceability of business requirements to the solution, with the status and ownership communicated to relevant stakeholders.
You will also collaborate with colleagues inside and outside of the Remediation CoE ensuring that work is delivered on time, to the required quality and aligning to the CoE principles.
Line and / or Task management of Business Analysts, you will excel in your ability to develop team members, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment with a hands-on approach and to include performance management.
Proven experience of working as a Senior Business Designer/Senior Business AnalystExperience of undertaking and managing business design activities, using different methodologies, tools and techniques across multiple projects and workstreams
Expert in carrying out Business Analysis activities, Process Mapping and Gap Analysis
coaching, mentoring and performance management of Business Designers/Business Analysts
Experience in the business design of workflow and case management solutions
Experience using Microsoft Power Platform to deliver business solutions
Professional qualification in business design, such as ISEB/BCS modules or diploma
