About the role
The Senior Examination Invigilator at Insignis Academy Trust (IAT) plays a key role in facilitating internal and external examinations for students, ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, school policies, and procedures.
The Senior Examination Invigilator's presence is required during exam periods and summer sessions, with additional hours to be discussed with the Examinations Officer.
As the Senior Examinations Invigilator, your responsibility involves maintaining a calm exam environment, instilling confidence in candidates, and providing essential instructions regarding exam timings. Reporting to the Examinations Officer, the ideal candidate will also oversee the distribution of exam materials, manage student conduct, and attend to their requests throughout the exam duration.
