The HR Advisor will provide professional and effective HR support to the business, maintaining efficient HR systems and processes, and contributing to the HR function achieving HR strategy targets and goals.

Description
The key responsibilities of the HR Advisor will be to;

  • Management of the HR Advisor inbox, providing responses to HR queries and advising on informal issues
  • Managing cases in all areas of employee relations in line with Company policies, employment law and best practice, and within appropriate time frame.
  • Advising and coaching leaders on employee relations issues to develop their people management and leadership skills and constructively challenging inappropriate behaviours or actions.
  • Supporting leaders and employees with healthrelated queries including occupational health referrals and medical reports.
  • Supporting with change projects such as TUPE transfers, and complex variations to terms and conditions and redundancy consultations.
  • Undertaking project work to develop and implement new initiatives/processes or to continuously improve those that already exist.

Profile
The successful HR Advisor will have;

  • Proven track record of delivering a HR service and dealing with all people matters throughout the employment cycle
  • Building positive professional relationships with managers and other key stakeholders
  • Interpreting and implementing internal HR policies and procedures
  • Experience in managing ER Cases
  • CIPD qualification (desirable)

Job Offer
The HR Advisor will be offered;
- £32,000 salary

  • Hybrid working days on site)
  • Permanent, 35.7 hour per week
