    TheRole

    E2E management of allmovements from the global supply chain to the international DCs orcustomers across fourterritories.

    Responsibilities

    • Managethe vendor shipment booking process
    • Containerand trailer consolidation planning
    • Containerand trailer tracking
    • Forward visibilityreporting of the open order book movements and DCbookings
    • Share weekly intake forecast with theDCs to support capacity planning
    • Monitorforecast vs actuals ensuring intake performance is within setKPIs
    • Transportation cost and performanceanalysis within agreed KPI identifying areas forimprovement
    • Awareness of global customsrequirements process and supportingdocuments
    • Reconcile and approve forwarderinvoices
    • Share a weekly performancedeck
    • Awareness of internal launch dates and WS/ GOK requirements highlighting risk based on agreed exftys andmode oftransport

    Skills& QualitiesRequired

    Skills andExperience:

    • Minimum 5yrsworking within an container planning tracking and intakeenvironment
    • Minimum 2yrs managementexperience
    • Experience in exports from the FarEast and Turkey
    • Understanding ofinternational
    • Knowledge of DC inboundoperations
    • Ability to work under pressure andprioritise workload
    • TMS & WMS systemknowledge
