    The Senior Campus Talent Acquisition Partner sits within the Early Careers Team, and will be responsible for summer and full time analyst programme recruitment.

    The Early Careers Team directly supports Citi businesses in the attraction, selection and pro gramme management of graduate, apprenticeship and MBA Hires.


    Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition delivery of the graduate programmes.
    Partner with internal business stakeholders on setting the talent acquisition strategy.
    Act as a credible business expert on campus talent acquisition market trends.
    Ensure best global and regional practices are implemented and fully compliant recruitment processes are followed.
    Recruitment experience required ideally within a graduate recruitment function or agency.
    English - advanced.
