RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Payroll processing
  • Liase with external payroll processing provider
  • Resolve payroll queries
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements
  • To provide support to the Finance Manager with all financial matters.
  • Processing petty cash, credit card statements and expense in a timely manner
  • Provide support and cover for sales ledger, purchase ledger, and credit control
  • Deal with items from the accounts mailbox

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have payroll experience and have worked in all areas of accounts (sales ledger, credit control etc)
  • Previous experience in construction related industry preferred
  • Financial IT system knowledge essential (NAV preferred)
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Ability to plan and balance workload effectively
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Team player
  • Hands on and cando approach
  • Be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment with multiple priorities
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Logical, structured and methodical mindset with key attention to detail
