Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Payroll processing
- Liase with external payroll processing provider
- Resolve payroll queries
- Ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements
- To provide support to the Finance Manager with all financial matters.
- Processing petty cash, credit card statements and expense in a timely manner
- Provide support and cover for sales ledger, purchase ledger, and credit control
- Deal with items from the accounts mailbox
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Must have payroll experience and have worked in all areas of accounts (sales ledger, credit control etc)
- Previous experience in construction related industry preferred
- Financial IT system knowledge essential (NAV preferred)
- Advanced Excel user
- Ability to plan and balance workload effectively
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Team player
- Hands on and cando approach
- Be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment with multiple priorities
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Logical, structured and methodical mindset with key attention to detail
