Additionally, resilience, outstanding customer service aptitude, teamwork capabilities, and excellent communication skills are crucial, given the extensive interaction with managers, directors, and candidates across various levels.
It's important to note that this opportunity is not entry-level ; candidates should have prior commercial experience in similar settings to be considered. We value (but not limited too) backgrounds in recruitment, high-level customer service, contact centres, call centres, sales, telesales, or B2B/B2C environments, as they often provide transferable foundational skills applicable to build on for this role.
