- Exceed monthly sales, margin, and KPI targets.

- Experience in the M&E sector.
- 3+ years in Business Development or Sales roles.
- Knowledge of ICP/UIP/IDNO/IGT/utilities infrastructure.
- Understanding of Sales and Marketing techniques.
- Ability in Tender management and customer negotiation.
- Established relationships with M&E Consultants.
- Background in Project Management-focused environments.
- Site works experience in DNO, IDNO, Commercial & Industrial sectors.

Job Title: M&E Business Development Manager (multi-utilities)
Company: Leading gas and electricity connections company
Location: Homebased (preferably Midlands or South of England)
Salary: Up to £55k + bonus
Summary: We are in search of a skilled Business Development Manager to be part of our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will have the responsibility of achieving sales targets in the M&E channel, focusing on electrical, gas, and water connections. You will also have the opportunity to promote other group products such as EV charging and energy management services. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with M&E consultants, established M&E relationships, and a solid technical background in electric and multi-utility connection works for residential and commercial projects.
