Description
Are you a qualified Speech and Language Therapist with a drive to work with children? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to be an integral part of our excellent service based within Chester and Ellesmere Port.
We are looking for a speech therapist who has some knowledge and experience of working in community settings (including undergrad knowledge) - particularly in clinic settings.
Any potential candidates will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of working with children of all ages and who have a range of speech, language and communication needs.
If successful you will be working with children and young people in a number of settings, completing assessments and intervention for a wide variety of conditions.
You will be an integral part of our innovative and supportive paediatric team, working closely with Speech and Language Therapy colleagues and other professionals.
There will be potential to gain experience of different areas of the service in order to help shape career progression.
We very much like to support CPD and development opportunities within CCICP in order to help personal and professional progression within your role.
Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (MCHFT) provides good quality, safe and effective healthcare to the people of Cheshire and beyond.
The Trust, which manages Leighton Hospital in Crewe, Victoria Infirmary in Northwich, and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre in Winsford, was established as an NHS Trust in April 1991 and became a Foundation Trust in April 2008.
