    Look no further An esteemed luxury interior design studio based in South Kensington is seeking a motivated individual to join their dynamic team. With a 40-strong team of designers, architects, and support staff, this studio creates exquisite interiors and offers a welcoming work environment. They're on the hunt for a CAD Technician who thrives in a team and can handle strict deadlines with ease. The role involves aiding multiple projects, providing technical expertise, and producing top-notch drawing packages. As a CAD Technician, you'll report directly to the Head of Architecture or a Senior Architect.

    Essential Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry qualification.
    • Minimum three years' experience in high-end residential design.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe CS, and Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the design team to produce required drawings, elevations, and RCPs.
    • Artfully render elevations and floor plans for client presentations.
    • Design and detail bespoke furniture and joinery.
    • Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure quality.
    • Produce schedules and specifications for contractors.
