- Content Creation: Conceptualise and produce a wide range of content, including images & videos, that aligns with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Have a strong grasp of creative storytelling. Skills within graphics and animation would be a bonus.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute visually compelling campaigns. Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive brand narrative. Confident in approaching other team's for help with content.
- Social Media Focus: Craft unique and engaging visual content specifically tailored for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends in marketing, pop culture, digital media & design to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visual content is consistent with our brand identity, messaging, and tone. We want to see your passion & knowledge for Protein Works through the content you create
- Project Management: Manage multiple content creation projects, from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members and key stakeholders to improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of content creation skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, lightroom, After Effects).
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be competent & comfortable in front of the camera
- Comfortable with lighting techniques, specifically for product

It's not an overly fancy story, we know. There're no garages worked out of, no office in the Bay Area to talk up. But fancy isn't in our DNA, innovation is. With the idea to rock the very foundations of a sports nutrition industry that had become stagnant, we set out to create a health and fitness brand that put pure quality & wow service before the lowest possible price. We knew we'd be the underdogs from the very beginning. But you know what? We love that.
Fast forward around 10 years and the journey from humble Cheshire beginnings, to over 3 million orders shipped globally may be in the bag, but our future is just beginning.
