- At least 4 years of customer-facing experience in Service, Delivery, or Client Relationship Management
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, cloud platforms, and IT hardware
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated technical expertise and team leadership capabilities
- Project management experience within IT and Telecoms sector
- Proficiency in conducting Service Review Meetings
- Previous customer interaction in an IT/Technology company
