  I am a highly skilled and dedicated Network and IT Engineer with a deep passion for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex network infrastructures. With over 20 years of experience in the field, I have a strong foundation in networking principles, protocols, technologies and deployment.

Throughout my career, I have successfully executed numerous network projects, including the design and deployment of scalable and secure network solutions for large organizations. I possess a comprehensive understanding of routing/switching and all kinds of system technologies, including Cisco, Juniper, Brocade, Riverbed and I am proficient in configuring and troubleshooting network and system devices.

My expertise extends to storage technologies of Dell, Huawei, HP and IBM etc. I can design and deploy storage solutions. I am good at both Fibre Channel (FC) , iSCSI, SAN, Veeam backup/restore and IBM TS4300 tape, project rollout and setups.

I am expert in virtualization Application such as VMware, Citrix, and VDI etc and I can host and deploy virtualization solutions for customers.

I am family with systems administration such as Windows Server Active Directory (AD), DNS, WSUS and shared folders. Plus Unix/Linux Operating Systems

I can finish the tasks like performing new installations, maintenance, and upgrades on common operating systems.

I have the hands on experience with cloud computing platforms including AWS, Alibaba Cloud, and Azure.

I am capable of deploying cloud resources and cloud-based solutions.

Throughout my 20 years work, I have been responsible for handling a wide range of network-related inquiries and incidents,

working closely with customers to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems. I possess a deep understanding of

networking principles, protocols, and technologies, including routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, load balance,storage, FC, Cloud and SaaS etc..

have a strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Sales, developers, system administrators, and project managers, to ensure comprehensive and efficient problem resolution.
