    Role Overview: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

    • Assisting the classroom teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
    • Providing 1:1 support to pupils with special educational needs.
    • Collaborating with teaching staff and therapists.
    • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

    • Relevant experience working with students with SEN.
    • Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
