Description
Office manager and PA, running the London office in a fast-growing boutique wealth management and investment firm.
Contract: Full time, office based
Location: Kensington, London with occasional international
Reporting Line: Executive Director
Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years
Working languages: English and French
Core responsibilities
Run the London office including:
· Work closely with the CEO on personal matters (travel, household bills and diary management)
· Coordinate meetings, managing schedules and travel for the team
· Assisting the team on liaising with third parties as required
· Administrative tasks including handling legal documents
· Prepare expense reports
· Organising day to day in office
· Project manage any special projects - team outings, office move etc
Key requirements
· Educated to degree level
· Fluent French speaker - both spoken and written
· A minimum of 3 years' work experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in finance
Personal
· Demonstrable ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Have great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
· Ambitious, dynamic and looking to progress their career
· Very well organised and professional in manner
· Self-motivated and strong team player
Salary
£35,000 - £45,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)
