    Description

    Join our team at a Cambridge charity where you'll play a key role in showing appreciation to our generous supporters and individual donors.

    Your responsibilities will involve sending out acknowledgements, receipts, and thank-you letters, while also maintaining important data such as communication preferences in our fundraising database and ensuring they are included in our regular appreciation cycle.


    What you'll do:

    • Assist the Fundraising team by engaging and communicating with supporters, updating the CRM system accurately.
    • Support the fundraising team in creating various materials such as t-shirts, banners, thank-you cards, and more, managing their stock levels, and distributing them to staff, volunteers, trustees, and supporters as required.
    • Handle incoming fundraising queries via phone and email promptly and courteously.
    • Embrace the volunteer spirit of our organization by engaging and supporting volunteer fundraisers in the community.
    • Help maintain the fundraising database, following best practices, and collaborate closely with the finance team.

    Skills needed:



    • Experience with CRM systems and databases.
    • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
    • Proven experience in project monitoring, evaluation, and budget management.
    • Excellent organizational and process management skills.
    • Strong communication abilities.
    • Keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
