    Reporting to the Head of Transformation, Data and Controls this is a key leadership role with GEC and senior stakeholder visibility in terms of supporting the feasibility of GEC sponsored projects.

    This role will define and support the planning of strategic projects delivering large scale business critical programmes with complex outcomes that cover the entire M&G organisation and relevant third parties.

    Provides financial analysis and due diligence on benefits.

    Identify and manage programme risks and implement responses to them, managing delivery constraints and optimising the plans to maximise benefits and minimise risk.

    Confident and effective communicator (both written and verbal) across all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-suite levels.

    Able to work with complex data sets to provide analytical insights.
    Confident in leading and facilitating complex and large-scale workshops with senior stakeholders.
    Exceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple resources, priorities, and deliverables to tight deadlines.
    Advanced programme budgetary control and financial management.
    Strong commercial mindset to support stakeholders in complex contractual negotiations, outcomes, and outputs.
    Significant and demonstrable track record of using data to feed into strategic decision making.
    Experience of developing proposals into business cases and mobilising end to end delivery of complex transformation programmes.
    Leadership and management experience of Senior Project and Functional Managers (line and matrix).
