We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking to recruit a Administrative Assistant in Solihull.


Duties of the role include:

  • Ordering vouchers through the designated supplier, updating/maintaining appropriate records
  • Preparing/sending discretionary grant letters to customers
  • Preparing/sending orders to the Financial Inclusion Support Officer for household items
  • Dealing with routine telephone enquires when required
  • Sending remittance advice for the monitoring of Discretionary Grant Payments
  • Collecting/monitoring outcomes and supply performance data to support the senior officer to inform other parties, including colleagues/individuals/members
  • Initiating/maintaining systems to help monitor client caseload/output/outcomes for individuals and households, retrieving/updating/procession information
  • Any other relevant duties as required
This position is a temporary role contracted until May 2023, working 37hrs per week, paying £10.81ph.

Experience:


  • Discretionary Grants/Benefits: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • BPSS check (preferred)
