We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking to recruit a Administrative Assistant in Solihull.Duties of the role include:
- Ordering vouchers through the designated supplier, updating/maintaining appropriate records
- Preparing/sending discretionary grant letters to customers
- Preparing/sending orders to the Financial Inclusion Support Officer for household items
- Dealing with routine telephone enquires when required
- Sending remittance advice for the monitoring of Discretionary Grant Payments
- Collecting/monitoring outcomes and supply performance data to support the senior officer to inform other parties, including colleagues/individuals/members
- Initiating/maintaining systems to help monitor client caseload/output/outcomes for individuals and households, retrieving/updating/procession information
- Any other relevant duties as required
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
£10.81 per hour

Experience:
- Discretionary Grants/Benefits: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- BPSS check (preferred)
