As an Energy Specialist, you'll be working in a team of 10-15 people providing incredible end-to-end customer service with our Residential or Small Business team.
You'll connect with our customers over the phone and through digital channels such as text and email. So, if you're an enthusiastic team player who's resilient, loves problem solving with a curious nature and enjoys working under pressure, then we'd love to hear from youYou don't need to have worked in customer service before – we've got your back and will provide a fully immersive training experience.
