    Description

    Are you a skilled Customer Service Advisor in search of a fresh opportunity? We have got an amazing job for you at a waste management company located in Exeter. They are eager to welcome a dedicated individual to their customer service team.

    HOURS:
    Full time, 08.00am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday

    THE ROLE:
    You will be part of a cohesive team that collaborates towards a common mission in a vibrant, efficient setting.

    Within the customer service team, you will deliver top-notch service and manage various administrative tasks.


    Responsibilities:
    - Plan and organize tasks to ensure efficiency and meet deadlines.
    - Act as the main contact for customers, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries promptly.
    - Identify optimal solutions for each customer, bringing value to both the company and clients.
    - Maintain effective communication via phone, face-to-face, and email interactions.
    - Handle customer concerns with empathy, striving for resolutions that meet their needs.
    - Keep precise records and generate necessary reports and documentation.
    - Revise and enhance company procedures and systems.
    - Execute general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and archiving.
    - Adhere to company regulations, particularly focusing on customer service, health and safety, and equality and diversity.
    Your Experience and Skills

    Proven background in customer service showcasing exceptional problem-solving skills.
    - Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    - Capacity to perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
    - Past experience in waste management or related field is advantageous.
    - Team player with the ability to work independently.
    - Eagerness to learn, grow professionally, and maintain a positive attitude.
