    We currently have an opening for an experienced Sous Chef to join a stylish restaurant located in the heart of South Ayrshire.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to take the next step in their culinary career.

    What you will get in your new role * Salary of £33,500 per annum * Generous share of gratuities * Quarterly bonus opportunities * Exciting company social events * Discounted food/drink while on shift * Employee mentoring programme * Discounts at venues across the group * Cycle to work scheme * Work pattern is 5/7 days with a weekly changing rotaResponsibilities within your new role as Sous ChefIn the role of Sous Chef, your primary duties will involve stepping in for the Head Chef when needed, providing mentorship and direction to junior team members, and overseeing all kitchen operations to ensure the delivery of meals aligns with company standards and specifications.

    Your personality, experience and qualificationsThe ideal candidate should have experience in a similar fast-paced, high-volume Sous Chef role.

    We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering a fantastic quality of product, can lead from the front, and is willing to learn from our Head Chef.
