    Regional HR Business Partner - Maternity Cover

    Midlands

    Hybrid Working

    £55K-£65KPA

    Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity to be part of the private education sector? Our client, a leading education provider, is searching for a skilled individual to be the Regional HR Business Partner during maternity leave cover.

    About the Role:

    As a Regional HR Business Partner, you play a crucial role in the team, supporting multiple campuses across the region and working closely with senior leadership.

    Your responsibilities range from employee relations and policy development to strategic planning and recruitment assistance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with campus stakeholders to address employee relations issues, including union matters.
    • Provide comprehensive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.
    • Review and update HR policies to align with organizational goals.
    • Offer strategic HR guidance and assist in project implementation.
    • Manage complex HR issues and provide expert advice on employee relations and union-related matters.
    • Support recruitment, staff induction, and probation processes.
    • Enhance HR systems, processes, and practices.
    • Uphold the values and ethos of our client.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in a generalist HR role, focusing on complex casework and union interactions.
    • Knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and procedures.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrate professional teamwork and collaboration.
    • Strong organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
    • Flexible approach to work with a commitment to diversity.
    • Understanding of safeguarding principles and dedication to student welfare.
