1:1 Teaching Assistant, Year 2.

Location: Bispham (FY2)

Pay: £12.90-£13.50 per hour

Needs of the child: Speech and Language delay

Start date: Tuesday 3^rd September 2024.

A client Primary School in Bispham is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Year 2 child with speech and language delay. You'll play a crucial role in empowering this child to reach their full potential. Working alongside experienced educators, you'll provide invaluable support and guidance tailored to the unique needs of our student.

Requirements:

Relevant experience working with children, particularly those with speech and language delay.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
Relevant training related to speech and language development.

The Headteacher would like to meet the ideal candidate before the schools finish for summer in July. Therefore, the child is familiar with their now teaching assistant before moving into Year 2 in September.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
