    Position Purpose:

    The National Account Executive (NAE) role involves boosting sales revenues by spotting and seizing National account opportunities to meet revenue goals. The focus is on expanding new revenue streams by identifying potential National Account customers, whether new or inactive with Stericycle, and providing tailored clinical solutions to drive revenue growth, enhance customer acquisition, and increase company profitability.

    Key Job Activities:

    • Target, present, and sell Stericycle services to potential new and dormant prospects by identifying fresh opportunities and attending scheduled sales appointments.
    • Manage existing national client relationships within the designated portfolio to retain and grow revenue in alignment with company targets.
    • Utilize SFDC and other designated IT systems for effective pipeline management, activity reporting, sales tracking, contract sending, appointment booking, and professional communication both internally and externally.
    • Collaborate closely with local, national, and internal sales teams, as well as various departments to enhance service offerings for new and existing customers.
    • Participate in internal meetings and training sessions well-prepared with up-to-date market data, fostering a positive and professional sales demeanor to uphold Stericycle's high standards of customer service, security, and environmental awareness.
    • Adhere to Stericycle policies, especially related to Commercial DOA, Pricing book, SFDC policies, Tender processes, and codes of Ethics and Health and Safety to ensure a positive workplace environment.
    • Conduct market research, stay informed about the clinical waste market landscape, competitor activities, and new regulations, and share insights with team members as needed.

    Education:

    Experience (EMEAA):

    The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills, a grasp of sales channels, sound business acumen, a proven track record in driving national accounts sales, and the ability to collaborate across various teams to achieve business objectives. Additionally, proficiency in relationship-building, account management, communication, negotiation, and IT systems is essential.

    Other requirements include organizational skills, a clean driving license, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively under pressure.
