    THEROLE:

    As a Master DataSteward you will play a key role in creating maintaining andgoverning material master data. You will maintain material masterdata records on a globalbasis.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinatesthe management of material master datacreation.
    • Is interfacing betweendevelopment teams the plant coordinating the collation and creationof the necessary master data (Parts BOM costing andPrice
    • Supports the creation ofmaster data in the ERPSAP and Product Lifecycle Management systemPLM
    • Ensure precise tracking ofMaster Data evolution and keep traceability of Engineering Changesnotes
    • Ensure that master data rulesand standards are applied and escalade asneeded
    • Check data inconsistenciesand inform any errors to data providers and proactively follow upto ensure resolution is achieved in a timelymanner.
    • Support the creation ofrules for the call off s consistency check (screening of the OEM scall off to ensure that the sum of the modules are consistent witha full assembled product)
    • Supportcontinuous improvement through enhanced quality of master data andperformance improvement initiatives on a regularbasis

    SKILLSKNOWLEDGE ANDEXPERIENCE

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a computerbased (e.g. ComputerScience Information Systems) or business administration disciplineis preferred.
    • Knowledge of masterdata management concepts andapproaches
    • Knowledge on PLM systems& Engineering Change order systems in SAP SD/ MM and/or SAPS4HANA
    • Familiar with variantconfiguration
    • Operational Experiencewith Data migration and Data migration tools (eg.Winshuttle)
    • Excellent problemsolving analytical creative and communicationskills
    • Good organizationalskills
    • Able to work in acrossfunctional and international teamenvironment.
    • Strong attention todetail and accuracy with excellentfollowthrough
