- Maintain the cleanliness of toilets throughout the night, ensuring that they are always clean, floors are clear of any spillages, mirrors and sinks wiped and consumables are always topped up.
- Ensure that wet floor signs are put out on entrances during wet weather.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the equipment is cleaned and returned to storage in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. Including maintaining Hako machine, carrying out pre-user checks and end of day shutdown tasks on machine.
- Using towable pressure washers and driving company vehicles to ensure any external and internal areas are cleaned to standard.
- Car Park Flooring – to include birds mess, chewing gum, cigarette ends, spillages, litter and debris clearing.
- To ensure all work is carried out in a safe, proper and thorough manner considering Health and safety legislation, Incentive FM policies and procedures, risk assessments and method statements.
- Always keep your cleaning area and space clean and tidy and your cleaning materials safely stored.

- Machines clean all entrance pavements daily and pressure wash on a scheduled basis or as required by management.
- Maintain polite and good communication with your colleagues, retailers, and shoppers always.
- Full clean Driving Licence essential (category B)
- Experience of working and building partnerships with clients
- IOSH trained desirable
- Knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)
- Experience of working within a fast-moving cleaning environment
