We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service team member to join our small and welcoming team, salary of up to £21,450 per annum.

This is a full-time position, working shifts between 8.00am - 7.30pm weekdays and 8.00am - 4.30pm Saturdays

The ideal applicant will have good levels of literacy, IT skills and fantastic interpersonal skills. It is important that you have an understanding of and commitment to the responsibilities of the role.

Previous customer service experience and GP reception experience would be an advantage.

The main duties will include:_

Reception work: meeting and greeting patients
Answering telephone and dealing with a range of patient enquiries
Booking appointments and follow ups
Taking requests from patients for prescriptions
Scanning documents
Timely referrals to outside agencies
Using the inhouse patient computer system
Excellent record keeping

In return you will be entitled to an enhanced annual leave and sick pay schemes and working in high class facilities.

Salary:
£21,450 per annum
