Are you looking for a fresh challenge Then why not think about joining the Direct Mortgage Team?We are looking for an enthusiastic mortgage co-ordinator, with the skills to develop mortgage relationships delighting our members with fantastic service.
The key purpose of the role is to:
Assist and support the RTM (Mortgages), Mortgage Team Leaders and Mortgage Advisors
Book appointments for Mortgage Advisors' diaries conducting initial criteria and affordability checks
Answer telephone enquiries from new & existing mortgage members
Co-ordinate mortgage sales and package mortgage cases ready for underwriting
Maintain a consistently high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
Process departmental administration across various databases
Develop an understanding of, and adhere to, regulatory requirements relating to mortgages
What will you need?
You will need to be a people person with the ability to make new and existing members feel welcomed and valued.
The role of the Mortgage Co-Ordinator is to deliver a fantastic member experience, providing mortgage advice and information about a range of supporting services to new and existing members.
You will have a good attention to detail, be confident talking to members and committed to developing your skills and experience as well as helping those around you to do the same.
No previous experience is necessary as you will be joining a supportive fun team and full on job training will be provided.
The role will require the person to work one late shift per week and 1 Saturday per monthWhat's in it for you?

Salary:
£23,300.00 per year
