We provide smart energy and low carbon heating solutions to ensure our customers can enjoy clean, green, and comfortable homes.

    We're hiring Solar Operations Specialists to help with the smooth rollout of Solar installations across the UK.

    As a Solar Operations Specialist, you will be at the forefront of assisting customers post-sale of solar panels, handling tasks like customer calls, creating handover documents, scheduling installations, and more. This role requires strong organizational skills and excellent time management. You will become an expert in guiding Solar enthusiasts through the process with ease and enthusiasm, getting them one step closer to a sustainable lifestyle.

    You will collaborate closely with our survey and installation teams, as well as third-party suppliers, to ensure seamless operations. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment is crucial for this evolving role.

    Are you the ideal candidate we're seeking?

    We are looking for a well-organized individual who will bridge the gap between our Solar sales team and the field teams responsible for installing brand new Solar panels in customers' homes. You understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences and excel at multitasking. Our goal is to install renewable technology efficiently and effectively, minimizing any inconvenience to our customers.

    You must be an effective communicator, coordinating with various team members throughout the customer journey post-sale. Utilizing multiple systems and tools, your problem-solving abilities will be essential. A structured and logical approach to work is critical for this role.

    Empathy is key. Our field-based team encounters challenges like traffic and inclement weather, while busy customers do not want to wait all day for their appointments. Your empathy and understanding of their situations will guide you in making the right decisions. This role is dynamic and will expand into uncharted territories, requiring you to embrace new challenges and tasks as they arise.
