Description
The Growth Company (GC) has an exciting opportunity for an FM Assistant to provide day to day support for all Facilities Management issue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive identification of premises issues and problems and manage the resolution of problems
- To update and ensure the accuracy of all share drives, so information is ready to hand
- Order and manage stationary & kitchen consumables to ensure all areas are fully always stocked
- Support the management of thirdparty contracts, e.g. price analysis of competing companies, to gain better value for money
- To monitor the group archiving system, retrieval, and collection of boxes for Group Staff
- Support the management of office moves/changes as required by the business
- Provide the daytoday postal services for all Group Staff
About you:
- Strong oral and adequate written communication skills
- Ability to plan and manage work tasks to time and within budget
- Strong problemsolving skills & customer focus
- Ability to work proactively and with mínimal supervision
- Good interpersonal and teamworking skills
- Good attention to detail
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to "get hands dirty"
- Can do flexible attitude to role and hours
Skills Required:
- Previous experience in a facilities management environment is desirable
- Previous experience of dealing with and managing third party suppliers
- Strong customer focus
- Efficient with Microsoft Office
