    Job Title: Mental Health Occupational Therapist (Hybrid Role)

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist who thrives in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation, to a diverse client base. This role requires a balance of in-clinic work and telehealth sessions, ensuring comprehensive care for our clients.4

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
    • Provide therapy sessions both in-person and via telehealth platforms.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
    • Educate clients and their families on treatment plans and strategies to enhance their daily living skills.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
    • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in [State].
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with telehealth experience preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
    • Commitment to maintaining a high standard of care and professional ethics.
