    What they're looking for:


    2.1 or above from a Russell Group UniversityDemonstrable evidence of high achievement in a pursuit of any kindHighly motivated, ambitious and willing to work hard to succeedCapacity to maintain high standards while thriving in a fast-paced settingImpeccable communication skills and the ability to make an impact on senior candidates and existing and prospective clients, in-person, virtually or on the phone.
