    As a SeniorSoftware Engineer you'll take a lead role within the team responsiblefor the company's flagship desktop insurance modelling application,which is a highly complex, data centric solution built in C# .Net.

    Collaborating with the Product Owner you'll define, refine anddeliver the product backlog, designing and building solutions in C# .Net,leading projects and taking ownership across the full software developmentlifecycle including testing.

    You'll contribute ideas and seekcontinual improvements in a diverse team environment.


    Location / WFH:
    There's a remote interview and onboarding process as well as theability to work from home most of the time, visiting the Reigate officetwice a week for team meet-ups and stakeholder meetings


    About you:
    Youhave advanced C# .

    Net development skills across the full softwaredevelopment lifecycle You have a strong knowledge of software engineeringbest practices and Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, DataStructures, Design Patterns, Algorithms You have experience with SOLIDDesign Principles, version control, test automation, ContinuousIntegration, defect and backlog management systems You'recollaborative and have Agile team experience Salary & benefits:
