Description
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.

As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs.


Duties:


  • Greet customers in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information
  • Provide product demonstrations and explanations to customers, highlighting key features and benefits to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Promote up selling opportunities to maximize sales

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers of diverse backgrounds
  • Organizational skills to maintain a tidy store environment
  • Ability to work well in a teamoriented environment

Salary:
From £23,864.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
