Description
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a warm and welcoming manner
- Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information
- Provide product demonstrations and explanations to customers, highlighting key features and benefits to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Promote up selling opportunities to maximize sales
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers of diverse backgrounds
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy store environment
- Ability to work well in a teamoriented environment
Salary:
From £23,864.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
