    Assistant Lettings Manager - Exciting Opportunity in Raynes Park

    Our client, a leading independent Estate Agents in South West London, is seeking an Assistant Lettings Manager to join their growing team at the Raynes Park branch.

    Responsibilities:

    • Register applicants and match them to properties
    • Arrange and attend viewings
    • Conduct market appraisals and acquire new business
    • Provide qualified market advice
    • Manage applicant database and maintain regular contact with potential tenants
    • Liaise and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
    • Communicate with landlords regarding marketing feedback and offers
    • Offer practical solutions for prompt lets
    • Generate new business opportunities
    • Progress transactions accurately
    • Maintain office systems and procedures
    • Efficient diary management and produce activity reports
    • Promote teamwork and cooperation among staff

    Package:

    • Basic Salary: £20-24,000 + Car allowance
    • Realistic OTE: £45,000+

      • Hours:

      • Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
      • Alternate Saturdays with a day off during the week
