Location:
Site based ( report into Hatfield office )

Salary:
£45k + vehicle + pension + 25 hols +++

Summary:

Key responsibilities:

Working closely with the site teams to oversee and manage several projects
See projects through from conception to final completion
Input into design and drawings
Supply chain management and quality control
Direct line management to the M&E Project Supervisors
Working closely with the Operations Admin to help assist with the O&Ms
Inform the Planning Dept of a delivery process during preconstruction
Develop, challenge and guide the bid communication / process
Maintain the business culture to ensure high standards are consistently achieved

Skills and experience required:

Previous building services management experience
Ability to work on more than one project at one time and work to tight deadlines
Proficient with MS Office (Work & Excel) and experience of services design software
Competent operating Autodesk AutoCAD and U-Value calculators
Experience operating Swept Path Analysis Software
Excellent organisation skills and a professional attitude / approach to work
Experience of how to estimate site loads and obtain electrical TBS quotations
Driving license
