    THE COMPANY

    A consulting and advisory firm specializing in data strategy, analytics, and reporting. They provide services such as data gathering, framework creation, and auditing, utilizing tools like SQL, Python, and Power BI.

    Their expertise extends to both customer analytics and business intelligence, and they often develop standalone models while enabling clients to access self-serve insights. Additionally, they offer technical involvement in larger projects, requiring strong coding skills when necessary.

    THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    As a Head of Analytics, you will lead an international team of 7 BI and Customer Analysts. Your day to day will involve:

    • Consulting and advising on data strategy, audience analytics, and data gathering.
    • Creation of frameworks for data analysis and reporting, with emphasis on auditing.
    • Leveraging OpenAI for data comprehension and interpretation.
    • Primary tools include SQL and Python for analytics, with extensive Power BI development and deployment.
    • Engaging in both customer analytics and business intelligence (BI) initiatives.
    • Crafting standalone models and facilitating client access to self-service insights through Power BI.
    • Taking on technical roles in larger projects, where you will tackle hands-on tasks as required.

    YOUR EXPERIENCE

    To qualify for this Head of Analytics role, you will require:

    • A blend of technical and business acumen for adaptable problem-solving
    • Proficiency in SQL, Python (statistical proficiency), and Power BI, with experience in managing international teams.
    • Hands-on approach coupled with strategic thinking.
    • Familiarity with AI is advantageous
