Are you an experienced Generalist HR Advisor? Do you enjoy remote work with occasional travel?

If so, this could be a great opportunity for you

We are delighted to be working with a client with several sites across the UK as they seek to recruit two roles on a Full Time basis:

  • A permanent HR Advisor
  • An interim HR Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity
The salary for this role will be up to £35k

We are looking for a strong HR generalist with particular experience with managing employee relations cases. Our client is a charitable organisation who are passionate about what they do and offer a supportive and collaborative team environment


About this role:

  • Work closely with site managers to assist, coach. guide and support through a wide range of employee relations cases
  • Provide first line support to managers within the business
  • Using the HR systems to prepare and run reports
  • Policy advice and development
  • Management development training and upskilling managers

please note:

These roles will be fully remote, however, will require travel to various locations for HR team meetings every - 3 months.


HR Advisor - About you:

  • Ability to work independently and autonomously but still being a strong team player
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards
  • Previous experience in a similar environment
  • Strong employment law knowledge
